Refund Policy

If within 30 days of receiving your order you are not entirely satisfied with your TWISTED purchase, you may return it in new condition.  The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we suggest return via a trackable common carrier.  TWISTED is not responsible for packages lost in transit.  All items are thoroughly inspected on return. Please note refunds can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the returned product(s). Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
