FREE SHIPPING (USPS FIRST CLASS) IS OFFERED ON ALL ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. ORDERS OF $99.99 OR LESS WILL BE CHARGED A FLAT FEE OF $7.

WHAT IS THE HANDLING TIME?

We generally process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).  

Important Notice: Delivery windows (transit times) serve as ESTIMATES only. It is crucial to note that business days are strictly defined as Monday through Friday and EXCLUDE Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. It is imperative to understand that we do NOT possess authority over any delays or internal matters concerning USPS or UPS deliveries.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Transit times generally range from 5-7 days depending on your location. Delays are subject, but not limited to, holidays, weather, a pandemic, and carrier related delays. Shipping costs are non-refundable due to carrier delays.  Transit time does not include processing and handling. For instance, if you order after 12:00 PM on a Friday, your order will be shipped Monday. Tuesday is the first business day of transit.

Any provided shipping times are estimates only and actual delivery dates may vary. 

****Please note: There is a $7 reshipment fee for any shipment that needs to be reshipped due to an insufficient address or wrong address provided. ****

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

While we ship most items within 1-2 business days, we do take breaks and enjoy the holidays. Below are holidays that you may experience a delay in processing and handling times of your order.

New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas.

There are also Federal Holidays that USPS does not offer service.  Even if we are working those days, we will not have anyone to pick up or receive your package.  In these cases your item(s) will ship the next available business day.
